We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges, Refunds, and/or Credits are welcomed. Please follow these 5 easy steps.
Items can be returned within 20 days from delivery date.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 20-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. Any return not meeting all conditions will be sent back to customer at customer’s expense.
- Please contact us to receive a return form. Please print and fill out the form and include it inside of your return package (after emailing us to make us aware of your desire to return an item or items, if you can-not print the return form please call customer care at 305 322-2355 and we will assist you further over the phone).
Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item or items back for exchanges, refunds, or credits.
- For your security we recommend using a trackable and insured method of shipping such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation so you can confirm delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
All returns must be in their original unused condition you received them in, including all tags and accessories. We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, or tampered with that do not include original tags and accessories.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, washed, or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer, at customer’s expense.
- You’re Done !
All exchanges will be shipped via standard shipping.
* Exchanges, refunds, or credits do not apply for our Limited Collection Made to Order T-Shirts. All Sales are Final on these items.
